Every rule, published
Nothing here is a black box. These are the exact parameters the live desk, the backtests on the track record page and the MT5 bridge all run on. If we change one, the published numbers change with it.
All engines side by side (29 Jun – 10 Sep 2026)
One replay, five engines, same public gold data. Every engine is now flat before the gold session closes: whatever is still open on the last candle of the day is closed at that price. The bar strip shows every replayed week in order, oldest on the left: green is a week that finished in profit, red one that did not. Losing weeks are left in.
| Engine | Trades | Win rate | Net pips | PF | Green weeks | Week pattern |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| One Shot | 34 | 76 % | +1 798 | 2.32 | 8 / 10 | |
| Rocket | 33 | 48 % | +1 352 | 1.82 | 4 / 10 | |
| Engulf | 47 | 77 % | +728 | 1.55 | 8 / 11 | |
| CHoCH | 80 | 38 % | +3 475 | 1.53 | 7 / 11 | |
| Momentum Stack | 39 | 64 %* | +1 608 | 2.28 | 7 / 10 |
*In Monday mode™ the win rate is 100 %. Monday mode means we only count the Mondays we won. Every other day: the honest 64 % above.
One Shot
Picture the afternoon crowd pushing gold higher, higher — and then, quietly, running out of breath. The chart draws a capital M: two proud peaks that cannot quite beat each other, with a valley of doubt between them. One Shot waits patiently for that second peak to fail, then fires a bullet down the falling edge of the M. Up to three shots per day, never more, between 15:00 and 19:00 Finnish time.
Entry: Shorts only, up to three trades per day, between 15:00 and 19:00 Finnish time. The engine maps an M shape (double top) on the M15 chart — two swing highs within 35% of the pattern height of each other — and enters on the falling right edge, once the second top has clearly failed.
Exit: Stop above the second top of the M, with a 1.5× ATR floor. TP1 sits exactly at the lowest point in the middle of the M — the valley the pattern itself drew — and only 30% closes there, so the rest still rides to 2.0R and 3.5R. Patterns whose valley is already at the entry are skipped, and the stop moves to break-even only after TP2 has been taken, not after the small first target.
Works best: Afternoon exhaustion after a push into the US session, when the second top prints lower wicks and momentum dies.
Known weakness: Strong trending days — an M can break upward instead of rolling over, and the stop above the second top takes the hit.
Rocket
A double bottom is not one trade — it is four. Rocket rides the whole W: it sells the left edge as it rolls over toward the first floor, buys the bounce up to the middle peak, sells the rejection back down to the second floor, and finally rides the right edge up out of the pattern. Four legs, both directions, and the pattern is hunted on every timeframe at once — M1, M5, M15 and H4 — around the clock.
Entry: Both directions, no daily cap, up to two positions open at a time. Every timeframe (M1, M5, M15, H4) is scanned on each bar close and the setup with the best reward-to-risk wins. Swing pivots use a 2-bar lookback over the last 120 candles; a leg only fires when the confirming pivot is at most 4 bars old, the trigger candle closes beyond the previous candle's extreme, and the structural target is at least 1.2× the risk away. H1 is excluded — in testing every H1 leg lost.
Exit: Stop behind the structural level (at least 1.0× ATR + 6 pips). The quick middle legs (bounce to the middle, rejection back to the floor) close 100% at their structural target with no trailing. The two swing legs use TP1 at the pattern level, then 2.0R and 3.5R, and the trailing stop stays parked until TP1 has been taken.
Works best: Clean double bottoms with a well-defined middle peak — each leg has a level to aim at and a level to hide the stop behind.
Known weakness: Trend days without a W: the left-edge short in particular gets run over when the market never builds a second floor.
Engulf
Two candles tell the whole story. The first one belongs to the side that has been winning; the second one swallows it whole. In that single bar the market changes hands — the sellers' work of the last fifteen minutes is erased in one wide, decisive sweep. Engulf waits all day for exactly that moment of surrender and takes one shot at it, long or short, whichever way the swallowing candle points.
Entry: Both directions, one trade per day, any hour. The last M15 candle must be the opposite colour of the one before it, its body must fully swallow that previous body, its range must be at least 1.2× ATR, and it must close in the outer third of its own range in the signal direction.
Exit: Stop beyond the engulfing candle's extreme (1.5× ATR + 6 pips). TP1 at the nearest opposite swing level ahead of price, then 2.0R and 3.5R.
Works best: Sharp reversals after an extended push, where one bar absorbs the whole previous move.
Known weakness: Newsy spikes: a wide bar can engulf and still continue straight through the stop on the next candle.
CHoCH
Every trend leaves a trail: peaks and troughs marching politely in one direction. CHoCH watches that procession on the 15-minute chart and waits for the moment the market forgets its manners — the first close that takes out the last swing against the prevailing sequence. That break is the change of character, the instant the crowd quietly switches sides, and the engine takes it in whichever direction it points, twice a day at most.
Entry: Both directions on the M15 chart, up to two trades a day. The engine maps swing highs and lows with a 3-bar lookback. After a sequence of lower highs and lower lows, a close above the most recent swing high is a bullish change of character; after higher highs and higher lows, a close below the most recent swing low is the bearish one.
Exit: Hybrid stop: the stop sits behind the structure level that gave birth to the move, but never more than 150 pips away — whichever is tighter wins. A single fixed take-profit 800 pips from entry, plus a wide chandelier trail (4.5× ATR) that only wakes up once the trade is 1R in profit. No ladder and no break-even, so the stop is never dragged onto the entry price; the trail exists purely to bank the big runs that stall short of the target.
Works best: Turning points after an extended one-way leg, when the first structural break marks the start of the new direction.
Known weakness: Choppy ranges, where swing levels flip constantly and every break is immediately reclaimed.
Momentum Stack
Momentum rarely turns all at once. First the slow current shifts — the 170-period CCI drifts across its zero line and the tide is quietly running the other way. Only later does the fast 34-period CCI follow it through, and only when the RSI has escaped the muddy 45–55 middle does Momentum Stack accept that the market has truly picked a side. Three confirmations, in order, or no trade.
Entry: Both directions on the M15 chart, up to two trades a day — the third trade of a day was a net loser across the whole public replay, so the engine stops at two. CCI 170 must cross the zero line first, CCI 34 must cross the same way afterwards (within 80 bars), and the RSI must sit above 55 for longs or below 45 for shorts. Anything inside the 45–55 band is a no-trade zone.
Exit: Stop at 1.0× ATR + 6 pips from entry, then the ladder at 1.2R / 2.0R / 3.5R with a wide 2.5× ATR chandelier trail that arms once the trade is 1R in profit. No break-even step: the old move-to-entry rule was scratching the runs that carry this engine — 24 of 42 replayed trades reached +1R and 8 reached +3R.
Works best: Fresh trend legs, where slow and fast momentum agree and the RSI has already left neutral territory.
Known weakness: Range days: momentum flips back and forth across zero and the entries arrive just as the move ends.
Shared parameters (defaults)
One Shot — replayed week by week (6 Jul – 14 Sep 2026)
Public M15 replay of the afternoon double-top short, up to three shots a day between 15:00 and 19:00 Finnish time, with the retuned exit policy: only 30% closes at the valley of the M, the stop moves to break-even after TP2 instead of TP1, and patterns whose valley sits on top of the entry are skipped. That removes the scratched trades the old ladder produced — no trade in this replay ends at break-even any more — and lifts the net result from +976 to +1 798 pips without widening the worst drawdown. Two red weeks (3 Aug and the week of 7 Sep) are left in.
Engulf — replayed week by week (29 Jun – 10 Sep 2026)
One engulfing bar per day, either direction. Small, frequent winners and the occasional wide loser — three weeks finished red, including the current one.
CHoCH — replayed week by week (9 Jul – 17 Sep 2026)
Same public M15 replay, with the tuned exit policy: a hybrid stop that hides behind the structure level but is never wider than 150 pips, a single fixed 800-pip target and a wide 4.5× ATR trail that only starts after 1R of profit — plus the rule that flattens every position at the last candle of the trading day. The trail is what changed here: 18 of the 80 trades now exit on it instead of giving the whole move back. Just over a third of the trades win; the winners are several times bigger than the losers.
Rocket — replayed week by week (6 Jul – 10 Sep 2026)
Full public replay of the four-leg double-W engine hunting M1, M5, M15 and H4 at once, retuned for the flat-by-23:59 rule. Entries now have to fire within three bars of the confirming pivot — stale entries that used to linger for days are skipped — and the reward filter is 1.0R so intraday legs still qualify. The result turns clearly positive again: +1 352 pips with the worst drawdown cut to a third of the old one.
Momentum Stack — replayed week by week (13 Jul – 17 Sep 2026)
Public M15 replay of the exact rules above: TP1/TP2/TP3 ladder, the wide 2.5× ATR trail, no break-even and a two-trade daily cap. Losing weeks are shown as they came out — no cherry-picking.
What these numbers are not
Backtested and replayed results are not brokerage statements. Spread, slippage, swap and latency are not modelled, and the public candle feed we use is limited to roughly two months of hourly data. Treat everything here as analysis and education — the app places no orders and holds no broker connection.
