These Terms govern your use of Signal Shooters (the “Service”), operated by Signal Shooters, based in Finland. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Risk Disclosure.
What this is

Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to access this content in your jurisdiction.
Membership and legacy billing
New memberships are granted by invitation as Basic or Signal Chill access and are not offered as public monthly plans. Existing paid subscriptions continue under their original terms and can be cancelled before renewal by emailing alaseppalateemu@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at period end. Legacy billing refund requests can be sent within 7 days of a charge to alaseppalateemu@gmail.com .
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Signal Shooters isn’t liable for indirect damages or trading losses from use of the Service.
IP & use
All content belongs to Signal Shooters or its licensors, for your personal, non-commercial use only — no redistributing, reselling, or sharing member content.
Conduct
No sharing member credentials/content, no illegal use, no representing this as personalized advice to others.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, without refunding unused periods except where law requires it.
Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
Law
Governed by Finnish law; disputes fall under Finnish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
